Chitungwiza based youth organization, Teen Rescue Mission (TRM) is determined to empower young people through different projects.
In celebration of the International Youth Day on August 12, Teen Rescue Mission (TRM) proudly acknowledges the achievements of one of its young members who successfully ventured into agriculture.
“Through his hard work and dedication, he managed to raise funds to purchase a residential stand for his vulnerable mother.
“It was a moment of immense joy as the mother expressed her gratitude, overwhelmed by the surprise her son had prepared for her.
“She took the opportunity to thank TRM for guiding her son to become the person he is today,” said TRM director Mr Abraham Matuka.
He said, TRM remains committed to empowering the youth, with agriculture skills being one of our key programmes.
“Agriculture has become a vital source of livelihood for many families, and we continue to support and promote this avenue for youth empowerment.
“In our ongoing mission, TRM remains steadfast in combating drug abuse, early pregnancies, and youth crime through the empowerment of young people.
